MSTA Grade Level: High School

The High School Level teachers have been busy as always! In the southeast region of the state, the Chemistry teaachers have reactivated and reorganized. They have had two very successful, enjoyable, and motivational meetings and have more planned. BIOLOGY Teachers: I have been talking to a couple of folks in the Metro Detroit area who think they would like to start up a similar type of group for biology teachers. At this time the interest seems to be on specialty topics, (for example, epidemiology, ecology, botany, forensics, or genetics)but I think the initial bridge to cross is getting organized with details and direction to be decided at a later date. If you would be interested in sharing in this group, contact me and I will try to help you get going.
