Design by Nature Unit Training

Eastern Michigan University and Creative Change Educational Solutions have created a 6-lesson unit called "Designed by Nature." This unit focuses on the science and economics of product life cycles. They have just finished piloting this unit in 4 middle schools and would now like to offer a free training workshop to interested teachers. They have room for about 15 to 18 middle school science and social studies teachers. The workshop runs from 8:30 to 3:00 pm on Monday, June 18th. They will provide a copy of the teacher's unit guide, a materials starter kit, and snacks and lunch. Teachers who send in their applications first will have top priority.
