Region 3 Director: Sarah Murphy

Sarah Murphy is in her 9th year as a high school teacher. She has spent her career teaching in the Metro Detroit area. More often than not, she has been teaching math. But for the last two years she has been teaching chemistry and working on building the science department at her charter school. Currently, she is working with Professor Stirling from the University of Michigan to develop a series of engineering and robotics labs to her students.

When she is not at school, Sarah is frequently training for her next powerlifting competition, camping, or relaxing at home with her partner, Logan, and their two cats, Loki and Thor.
